Can I book directly via the website?
All bookings are made personally by our travel professionals. This gives you the certainty that you will get what you want.
How does a consultation work?
After an initial contact by email, contact form or phone call, we will find a common date for a video call or, if you prefer, just by phone. We will make suggestions for existing trips, other hotels, additional sights, etc.
Where is your office located?
As our clients come from all over Europe and we are also a tour operator, we do not have a physical office. Our travel professionals live in the respective countries, directly on site. You can meet us in person at the vacation fairs in Germany and Austria.
Does the call cost more if I call travel specialists in South America?
No. Every call goes through our special telephone system with local (Germany) charges.
How do I pay for a trip?
After you have clarified everything with our travel specialists, you will receive a link with the complete itinerary and all important data and information. There is also a payment link. You can pay by bank transfer or credit card.
Are there any age restrictions when booking a trip?
Depending on the destination, there is a minimum age for renting a car. Our travel professionals will be happy to explain the details to you.
